Problem summary
The Bump does not influence Specular when used with the Principal BRDF shader.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Mari, open the Example Head project.
2) Open the Lights panel and disable the Environment lighting. (Leave Light1 enabled)
2) Add a Cloud node to the Bump of the Principled BRDF shader.
3) Adjust settings for the Bump Weight value for 1.
4) Set the Specular Roughness value for .3 and view the model.
Expected behavior
The Specular input should be affected by the Bump.
Actual behavior
The Specular is not affected by the Bump when using the Principal BRDF shader.
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
