Problem summary
On OSX devices Modo doesn't save its windows positions on a secondary monitor.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and select Layout > Palette > Audio and then select Layout > Windows > New Windows > System to open these two windows.
2) Drag these windows onto the secondary monitor and select File > Config Save.
3) Close and open Modo and notice they are opened on the primary monitor, not the saved position.
Expected behaviour
The windows should retain their saved positions.
Actual behaviour
Modo doesn't save the windows positions when they're saved on a secondary monitor
