Opening a panel from Flix in Photoshop, then using "Save As" to save the PSD as a separate file triggers a version up of the panel without updating it.

Steps to reproduce
1) Import a panel in Flix
2) Open the panel in Photoshop
3) Make a change to it in Photoshop
4) Use "Save As" to create a separate PSD file
Expected behaviour
Panel in Flix should not version up nor update in any way
Actual behaviour
The panel in Flix is versioned up but not updated with the change made in Photoshop
