Problem summary
MMA Files do not place Images into correct Image Manager Tab.
Customer reported version
mari.4.6v3
Customer reported platform
windows10
Steps to reproduce
1. Open the example project.
2. Download the attached Tiled2.xml.
3. Open the Python Console and paste the following:
mari.gl_render.registerCustomNodeFromXMLFile("Tile2", "path/to/the/downloaded/file") 4. Create a Principled BRDF (shader network) node in the Node Graph.
5. Create a material (with principled BRDF shader model).
6. Open the material and add the registered node in step 3: "Tile2" (press tab and type Tile2).
7. Add any image to the Tile2 node and connect it to the Base output of the material .
8. Create a normal Tile node, add a different image and connect it to the Metl output.
9. Export the Material by double clicking to open the Node Properties>Export as Material .
10. After exporting close Mari all together.
11. Open Mari and open a brand new project .
12. Load the material in the Node Graph.
13. Open the Image Manager.
Expected behavior
All Images belonging to a material should end up in the material tab.
Actual behavior
The image from the normal Tile node is added to the Material Images Tab in the Image Manager whereas the image from the Custom node is added to the main Project tab.
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
