ID 364960 - [C] UI: Status Bar counters inconsistently show wrong information

Problem summary

The Status Bar counters at the bottom of the Flix Client UI don't always show the correct information

Steps to reproduce
Note: Each one of the below denotes a confirmed way of having the Status Bar display incorrect information. There may be other scenarios.

For Selected Panel counter: 

- Navigate to a Sequence Revision with more than one panel, click on one of the panels, then use cmd/Ctrl+A to select all. Selected Panel counter stays at 1.

For Frames counter:

- Add panels to a new or existing Sequence Revision. Frames counter does not change, even after saving the new Revision.

- Remove panels from a new or existing Sequence Revision. Frames counter does not change, even after saving the new Revision.

For Panels counter:

- In a Sequence Revision of 5 panels, delete one panel then delete another. Panel counter will correctly display 3 panels. Use cmd/Ctrl+Z to undo once. Panel counter will stay stuck on displaying a count of 3 panels.

Expected behaviour
Values in the Status Bar should change to always display the correct information.

Actual outcome
Values in the Status Bar do not always change to display the correct information.

Workaround

Save Sequence Revision then reload the Client (View>Reload) to display the correct information.
