Flix imports markers based on their frame value in Editorial. While Markers added in Flix have a start point that matches the panel they are on, Markers coming from/altered in Editorial may not.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a two panel Sequence in Flix.
2) Publish this to Editorial.
3) Add a Marker in Editorial, that's on one of the two panels, but is not placed at the panel's start point in the timeline.
4) Publish this back to Flix. The new Marker will correctly show on top of the panel it is related to, however its start point will not match that of the panel's.
Expected behaviour
Marker start point in time is the same as the panel it's on top of.
Actual outcome
Marker start point in time depends on where in the Editorial timeline it was placed and might not match the panel's start point.
