Problem summary
cropWindow outputs incorrect value to scene description after setting it in the RenderSettings node
Customer reported version
Katana 3.2v4
Customer reported platform
N/A
Steps to reproduce
NOTE: This requires either 3Delight or RenderMan to demonstrate loss of precision as Arnold only outputs the cropped resolution.
1) Build the following Node Graph: CameraCreate->RenderSettings->Render
2) Edit the RenderSettings node and change the second value of the cropWindow parameter to 0.7
3) Right-click the render node and select Debug->Open * Output in External Editor
Expected behaviour
CropWindow or crop value in the output should contain 0.7 as set in the cropWindow parameter
Actual behaviour
CropWindow or crop value contains 0.69921875
Workaround
Set overscan parameter on RenderSettings node to compensate for any resolution lost during crop
