ID 420758 - [C] Opening Client for the first time prompts a window stating unknown publisher

Problem summary
Running the Flix Client for the first time will display the following:

Steps to reproduce

Download Flix Client from the Foundry website, extract the files and run the application for the first time.

Expected behaviour

Publisher recognised to be Foundry, no warning regarding the application potentially putting the machine at risk.

Actual behaviour

Foundry is not recognised as the publisher
