Problem summary
The filter knob is missing from the Timewarp soft effect when viewing the Properties bin.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke Studio/Hiero, import footage and bring it to the Timeline to create a sequence.
2) Right-click the clip and select Effects > Timewarp.
3) View the Properties bin for Filter.
Expected behavior
The Filter knob should be readily available on the Timewarp soft effect.
Actual behavior
The filter knob is missing from the Timewarp soft effect until after saving and reloading the project.
Workaround
Copy/pasting the soft effect allows the filter knob to appear.
