Problem summary
Lxp presets of a render item doesn't apply settings to edited values.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and go to the Shader Tree.
2) Select the Render Item and set the Frame Width and Height to 1066.
3) Right-click the Render item and select Save Preset...
4) Name the preset "Tester1066" and select Save.
5) Create a new scene and select the Render item.
6) Open the Command History window and apply the item preset through the command line: item.presetApply "Saved/file/path/Tester1066.lxp"
7) Notice that the Frame Width and Height are set to 1066, now set them both to 50 and reapply the item preset through the command line and notice that the values remain at 50.
Expected behaviour
The render items values should match the saved values of the item preset.
Actual behaviour
The edited render item values are not being changed.
