Problem summary
Modo Intro Screen fails to load content.
If the Modo Intro Screen is disabled using the checkbox at lower left, it won't display any of its content when launched from the Help menu, even if the Show on Launch checkbox is re-enabled. Neither Safe Mode nor a System > Reset Preferences will fix this.

Steps to reproduce
1) Disable 'Show on Launch.
2) Relaunch Modo and go Help > Modo Introduction Screen. Note that the content is missing.
3) Re-enable the 'Show on Launch' checkbox.
4) Go System > Reset Preferences.
5) Note that when Modo re-opens, the introduction content is still missing.
Expected behaviour
The content should be shown in the Intro Screen.
Actual behaviour
The content is not shown on the Intro Screen.
Workaround
