ID 423629 - [S] Panel Tools: Opening a blank panel created in Flix results in a 1920x1080 PNG regardless of the Show's aspect ratio

Problem summary
There are no available templates for blank panels generated with New Panel button in Flix that depend on the Show aspect ratio. The same 1920x1080 PNG is always used.
Provide a template for each aspect ratio for the New Panel tool, with the same features as the Photoshop templates (letterboxing, blank layer on top of BG).

Steps to reproduce
1) Make sure the PS plugin is installed and create a new Show in Flix with any aspect ratio other than 1.77
2) Create a new Sequence in this Show
3) Create a new Revision in here
4) Click on the New Panel tool to create a blank panel in the Sequence Revision
5) Double click on the blank panel just created to open it in Photoshop. The panel which opens in PS will be 1920x1080 regardless of the aspect ratio you set your Show to be on.

Expected behaviour
There should be a PSD template for each aspect ratio for the artwork media object of blank panels, with the same features as the Photoshop templates (letterboxing, blank layer on top of BG). This would allow the correct aspect ratio to be maintained when generating blank panels from Flix.

Actual behaviour
Currently Flix uses a 1920x1080 blank PNG for all aspect ratios when creating blank panels. Double clicking on a blank panel created in Flix will always open a 1920x1080 flat template in Photoshop.
