ID 431958 - [C] Client fails to launch due to helper app not running/starting too slow

Problem summary
Flix Client fails to launch due to helper app not starting properly/starting up too slow if the computer is particularly old/slow/many applications running concurrently.

Steps to reproduce

Note: This is an intermittent issue 

1) Start Flix Client. 

Expected behaviour
Client should launch successfully

Actual behaviour
Client launch fails and and error 14 popup appears

Workaround
From the terminal, launch the helper app (FlixTransferUtil.exe), once that is running, launch the Flix Client. The helper app can be found in these locations, depending on your OS:
Windows:  C:\Program Files\FlixClient_Windows_6.3.*\Flix-win32-x64\resources\windows 
macOS: /Applications/Flix/Contents/Resources/darwin

6.2.2 - Windows 10
