ID 431974 - [S] To Premiere: Episode and Sequence title chips are resolved as episode and sequence tracking codes

The chip for [episode_title] is read as [episode_tracking_code] instead when publishing to Premiere.

Steps to reproduce

1) In the Preferences, set the Editorial Sequence Name to include the [episode_title] chip.

2) Create an episodic Show, an Episode and a Sequence therein.

3) Create a new Sequence Revision and add a panel there.

4) Publish this to editorial.

Expected behaviour
Sequence is named with the Episode title.

Actual behaviour

Sequence name does not contain the Episode title but the tracking code instead. This bug does not occur when publishing to Avid.
