A bulk import via drag & drop, or via the 'Import to Flix' button sometimes results in either no panels being imported, or only some of the panels being imported.

Steps to reproduce
Note: this is an inconsistent bug and following these steps will not reproduce it 100% of the time. There is a higher chance of reproducing this with larger amounts of panels.
1) Drag and drop 50+ panels to the Panel Browser.
Expected behaviour
All panels import to Flix.
Actual behaviour
Either some, or all panels sometimes don't import to Flix.
