Problem summary
When using the Edge Slice tool if Split at the Middle is enabled it still affects the tool while you have Inside Polygons enabled.
You are unable to disable/enable this option while Inside Polygons is enabled as the selection is greyed out. This means that you need to disable Inside Polygons, toggle Split at the Middle, and then re-enable Inside Polygons.

Customer reported version
modo.14.0v1
Customer reported platform
windows10
Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and create a basic cube.
2) Select the Edge Slice tool and enable Split at the Middle.
3) Now enable Inside Polygons and notice that Split at the Middle is greyed out.
4) If you now select an edge it will split it in the middle.

Expected behaviour
Either the option shouldn't be greyed out or it shouldn't split the mesh in the middle.
Actual behaviour
The option is greyed out and it still splits the mesh in the middle.
Workaround
You need to disable Inside Polygons, toggle Split at the Middle, and then re-enable Inside Polygons.
