ID 171069 - Locator position is incorrect when adjusting after using reset object transform function

Problem summary
When resetting a locator using the 'reset object transform' function, when the locator is moved again it will default back to the pre reset location automatically.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a new example head project
2) Within the 'Object's' tab, create a new locator
3) Using the 'Transform Selected Objects' tool, reposition the transform gizmo over the head geometry
4) Locate the 'Objects' menu in the top toolbar, and reset the transform using the 'Reset Object Transform' function
5) Once reset, move the transform gizmo slightly in any direction
Result: The locator's transform gizmo will move incorrectly to the last placed area before the reset (the head geometry)

Expected behaviour
The locator transform gizmo should not automatically move to the pre reset position

Actual behaviour
The locator transform gizmo moves automatically move to the post-reset position
