Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and press Ctrl + O to bring up the File Open window.
2) Close the Window and Press Ctrl + O again, notice that nothing happens and you need to press Ctrl + O a second time for the window to appear.

Expected behaviour
The FIle Open windows should appear.

Actual behaviour
You need to press Ctrl + O keys twice for the file open windows to appear.

Unknown.
