Problem summary
Artifacts sometimes appear in Read nodes, when reading images that are more than 8192 pixels wide.
These artifacts are also displayed in the Viewer and will be written to file, when rendering the script.

Steps to reproduce
This issue can happen sporadically when reading images that are more than 8192 pixels wide.
Expected behaviour
Artifacts should not appear on files being read into Nuke.
Actual behaviour
Artifacts sometimes appear in Read nodes, when reading images that are more than 8192 pixels wide.
Workaround
You may be able to work around this adding a Rectangle node downstream from the offending image with the opacity near zero and the bbox area set to the full image format.
