Problem summary
DNxHD without specific metadata fails to read.

For instance, Nuke can't find a dictionary value called "fn_ares_compression_id" in the file.

Steps to reproduce

1) Download the attached file and read it into Nuke.

2) View the imported file for any errors.

Expected behavior
The file should be displayed in the Viewer without errors.

Actual behavior
The file gives the error "Mov64 Reader: Failed to create DNx decoder"

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
