ID 436343 - MSVCR100.dll missing on Windows

Problem summary
The MSVCR100.dll file is missing in the windows installer, which leads to an error if the Microsoft 2010 C++ redistributable (x86) is not installed in the machine.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Mari in a Windows machine that doesn't have Microsoft 2010 C++ redistributable (x86) installed.

Expected behaviour
Mari to open

Actual behaviour
Mari displays an error message "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

Workaround
Install Mari 3.4v4 first.
