ID 445380 - [S] To Editorial: Ref panels should not have media in the "all" AAF

Follow

Problem summary

Publishes to editorial include media for ref panels.

The *_all.aaf/xml should include offline ref panels to relink in Editorial, and the *_new.aaf/xml should not include ref panels at all.

Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.3

Customer reported platform
macOS 10.14

Steps to reproduce

1) In Flix, create a one panel Sequence Revision and publish it to Editorial.

2) In Editorial, add an effect on the panel and publish it back to Flix using "Hold First Frame" or "Render All Frames". You should get a ref panel.

3) In Flix, publish the Sequence Revision back to Editorial once more. The ref panel and its associated media will be included in both the *_new.aaf/xml and the *_all.aaf/xml.

Expected behaviour
The ref panel should not be included in the *_new.aaf/xml at all, as it is already present in editorial as an original Flix panel with an effect. In the *_all.aaf/xml, a placeholder for it to relink in Editorial should be present.

Actual behaviour
The ref panel is present in both the *_new.aaf/xml and the *_all.aaf/xml.

Reproduced by support

This bug has been reproduced in:
6.3.3 - macOS 10.14 Client - CentOS 7 Server

6.3.0 - macOS 10.14 Client - CentOS 7 Server

Earliest version tested
6.3.0 - Any version prior to this included ref panels as offline media in the *_all.aaf/xml, but they could not be relinked in Editorial.
