ID 454445 - Migration Tool: Missing thumbnail for panels originating from a different sequence

Steps to reproduce

1) Copy a panel in Flix 5 and paste it into another sequence

2) Migrate the sequence you pasted the panel into, to Flix 6

Expected behaviour
 

The panel pasted should show up in Flix 6

Actual behaviour
 

The migration script can't find the panel (or worse it pulls a wrong panel).

The migration script should parse the SHOW\seq.SEQUENCE.story\flix\editorial\fle\SHOW_shotEdit_v#.xml file and check if a sequence tag for one of the panels is not the same as the SEQUENCE being worked on. It should either ask the user to approve getting the panel from the SEQUENCE from the sequence tag, or do it automatically, or give the user a choice between using the panel from the currently worked on sequence / the sequence the tag is pointing to / use a blank panel.

Workaround
Unknown. If known please add steps to workaround or avoid the problem
