Problem summary
Floating Color Picker disappears after resizing if the OS scale settings are 150% or higher when opening it on a second monitor

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke on a system with OS Display scaling set to 150% or more and two monitors
2) Create a ColorCorrect node
3) Ctrl Click the Color Picker on a knob to get the floating Color Picker
4) Resize the Color Picker dialog
5) Close the dialog
6) Move the Nuke window to the other monitor
7) Ctrl Click the Color Picker on a knob to get the floating Color Picker, it doesn't appear
Expected behaviour
For the Color Picker to open
Actual behaviour
The Color Picker no longer open, even after dragging Nuke back to the main monitor

Workaround
In your unistate.ini file, under [WindowLocations], remove the line which mentions ColorPicker
When you re-open Nuke it the Color Picker should appear in it;'s default location.
