Steps to reproduce

1) In Mari, create a new project (not Example Head).

2) Open the Export Manager (Channels > Export Manager)

3) Close the Export Manager then the Project.

4) Re-open the closed project, then the Export Manager.

5) Repeat steps 2-4 two more times. (three in total)

Expected behavior
The Export Manager should only display the available export items.

Actual behavior
The Export Manager duplicates export items and displays an error of "File Template collides with another ExportItem."

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
