Steps to reproduce

1) Create a simple Cube.
2) Press 7 to enter Center mode.
3) Select the pivot point and press "W".

4) Enable snapping.

5) Try to snap the pivot point to the vertices. Notice that it's inconsistent.

Expected behaviour
The pivot point should snap to vertices.

Actual behaviour
The pivot point isn't consistently snapping to vertices.

Workaround
Unknown.
