ID 444835 - [S] User Management: Limit of 100 users displayed in the Client, including hidden deleted ones

Problem summary
User list in Management Console > User Management is limited to 100 users, including deleted ones.

Steps to reproduce

1) With the admin user, create another 100 users.

Expected behaviour
I would expect to see all 101 users.

Actual behaviour
The 101st, and any user created after that, will not be displayed. 

The new users will be able to login regardless.
