Problem summary
When using a Radial Align set to N-sided the center vertex is off center.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene file.
2) Select the center ring of polygons, and go to Deform > Radial.
3) Set the Mode to N-Sided.

4) Perform the Radial Align and notice that the center vertex is off center.
Expected behaviour
The center vertex should be centered.
Actual behaviour
The center vertex is off center.
Workaround
Unknown.
