ID 448025 - To Avid: Ref panels are highlighted as new in the Bin even though they are not in the Contact Sheet

Follow

Problem summary
Ref panels are highlighted as new in the Avid Bin even though they are rightfully not in the Contact Sheet.

Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.3

Steps to reproduce

Note: Before taking the following steps, make sure to check that the New Clip Color option in Preferences > Third Party Apps > Avid Media Composer is not set to 'None'. If it is, change this to be any of the colours listed instead.

1) Create a Sequence Revision with a single panel and publish it to Avid.

2) In Avid, add an effect on the panel, and send the new version back to Flix. You should now have a Sequence Revision from editorial containing one ref panel.

3) Add a panel to the Sequence Revision.

4) Publish to Avid this new Revision, with the option to generate the Contact Sheet ticked.

In the Avid Bin, both panels will be marked as new, while the Contact Sheet will only mark as new the panel added in step 3.

Expected behaviour
The Avid Bin highlight for new panels should not be present on ref panels.

Actual behaviour

The Avid Bin highlight for new panels is present on the ref panels.
