ID 449808 - [C] Photoshop: Sending panels to Flix with Replace actions does not trigger an import/upload indication in the Client

Problem summary
The 5 by 5 import progress popup is not present when using Replace actions from the PS plugin.

Steps to reproduce

1) In Photoshop, create 4 layer comps and send them to Flix via the Each Layer Comp button.

2) In Flix, select the first panel then go back to Photoshop and re-send the same panels using Replace Each Layer Comp. There will not be any indication in Flix that panels are being uploaded and updated.

Expected behaviour
There should be an import progress popup similar (but not necessarily identical to) the one that appears when manually importing panels, or when sending panels from PS with "non-Replace" actions.

Actual behaviour
Panels get versioned up in random order, without any kind of indication as to how many panels are being uploaded.
