ID 435008 - ID pass-based identification of objects feature stopped working for Arnold and V-Ray

Problem summary:

When using Arnold or V-Ray, the pixel probe in the Monitor tab no longer shows the scene graph location under the pointer. RenderMan and 3Delight are working as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Katana with Arnold (tested with 2.4.0.3-kat3.5).
2. Load attached project.
3. Start a Preview Render or Live Render.
4. In the Monitor tab, activate the pixel probe.
5. Hold Ctrl and click on the pony.

Expected behaviour:

Location is shown in addition to colour data from the primary pass

Actual behaviour:

No location 

Workaround:

Setting KATANA_CATALOG_ALLOCATE_ID_BUFFER_PER_AOV to 1 should bypass the new behaviour.

Tested versions/platforms:

• 3.5v2 - Unaffected
• 3.5v3 - Affected
