Original Title: FromAvid: Dialogue should be relinked from Flix panels, not retrieved from the AAF
Problem summary
Flix reads panel dialogue from the Avid AAF, instead of using the dialogue as it was on the reconformed panel. This causes panels that had no dialogue to have an empty space entry instead.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Flix, create a Sequence with one panel.
2) Publish this Sequence to Avid.
3) In Avid, make no changes to the Sequence and just publish back to Flix.
4) Export Dialogue from this newly generated Sequence Revision.
Expected behaviour
The .txt file created should have no dialogue whatsoever.
Actual behaviour
There is one empty dialogue entry for panel 0001-01.
