Problem summary
Modo Bridge - When pushing meshes to Unity with only 'Meshes' selected the UnrealBridge channels are not created.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a sphere in Modo.
2) Startup Modo bridge between Modo and Unity.
3) Make sure that only 'Meshes' is selected:

4) Select the sphere item and then select 'Push Selected'.
5) Go to the Channels tab of the Sphere item and notice that the UnrealBridgeCustomToken and UnrealBridgeMainInst channels were not created.
Expected behaviour
These channels should be created when pushing the mesh to Unity.
Actual behaviour
These channels are not being created when pushing the mesh to Unity.
Workaround
If you enable the 'Add Mesh to Level' option inside of Modo Bridge's settings these channels are created as expected. You may need need to clean up the scene in Unity if you don't want it in the level yet.
