Problem summary
Importing a .MOV (strictly uppercase) to Flix will result in a still image with insufficient media being sent to Avid.
Customer reported version
flix_6.3.2
Steps to reproduce
1) In Preferences > Third Party Apps > Avid Media Composer, disable the 'Send Animated Panels As Still' option.
2) In a clean Sequence Revision, import a short .MOV (length does not matter, but shorter will take less time to go through the steps).
3) Save the Revision, and publish it to Avid.
4) In Avid, play the clip, and it will show it as a still. Try to play the automatically created sequence, and it will give an error.

Expected behaviour
The clip in avid should be animated, as the panel is a .MOV.
Actual behaviour
The clip in Avid is a still, and in the timeline it gives the Avid error "Exception: PMM_INSUFFICIENT_MEDIA".
