ID 442758 - [S] To Avid: DNxHD conversion occasionally fails on some panels, resulting in them being white/blank images in the AAF

During a publish to Avid, the DNxHD converter fails on random panels, with exit status 3 (symbolises a licensing issue). This causes the affected panels to be included in the AAF as blank/white.

 

Steps to reproduce
This bug does not reproduce consistently. The bug is more likely to reproduce when publishing to Avid with the following:

- Single Server setup

- Low specs Server (1-3 cores, 4-6 GB RAM)

- Multiple people actively using Flix during the publish

- A lot of panels needing to be included in the AAF (30/40+) 

- Using a DNxHD setting larger than 36

 

Expected behaviour
All new panels artwork should be included in the AAF

Actual behaviour
Some panels appear blank in the AAF
