ID 437771 - [S] From Avid: missing panel when overlapping clip leaves gaps at the start and end of a clip

Follow

Problem summary
If a clip overlaps another in Avid, in a way where the beginning and end of the bottom clip are exposed, the first part of the clip below will not appear in Flix. This results in 2 panels being in the Revision instead of three, and can cause timing issues with the audio track, if present.

Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.3

Steps to reproduce
1) In Flix, create a Sequence with two panels and publish it to Avid.

2) In Avid, add a second track and place one of the two clips in a way that the one below is exposed at the beginning and at the end.

3) Send this back to Flix.

Expected outcome
Three panels; two reconformed with their original IDs, and one with a new ID because a duplicate.

Actual outcome
Two panels, both with their original IDs.
