Problem summary UV Rotation of Normal Map alters normal information at render time. This can cause the lighting to appear rotated relative to other objects in the scene.

Customer reported platform
Steps to reproduce 1) Open Modo. 2) Select File > Open and open the provided scene. This is a scene with two planes; the left plane is rotated 90 degrees, and has its normal map rotated the opposite direction 90 degrees to be in the "same" position as the unmodified right plane. 3) Press "F9" to render the scene. Result: The left plane appears to have its lighting rotated relative to the right plane, despite only one light being present in the scene.
Expected behaviour Rotating the normal map via the UV rotate functionality should not rotate lighting information at render time.
Actual behaviour The lighting appears rotated or altered relative to the original, unrotated map.
Workaround Unknown.
