Problem summary
The mxf file output becomes corrupt when making multiple cuts on the Timeline in Linux.

Customer reported version
hiero.12.2v2

Customer reported platform
centos7

Steps to reproduce

1) In Studio/Hiero, import a large ARRIRAW MXF file.

2) Place the imported file on the timeline to create a sequence.

3) Select the clip on the timeline and press C and right arrow on the keyboard to cut the clip.

4) Continue cutting the clip until the error or corrupt image appears in the Viewer.

Expected behavior
The file should continue to be cut or read on the Timeline without giving an error or corrupt image.

Actual behavior
An error is given in the Viewer after cutting the MXF file on the Timeline. Additionally, there could be image corruption when making multiple cuts of the same read node. The error given states: "DDImage::OpenedFile::readImage opening file failed: Invalid combination of downscale mode Invalid, anamorphic factor 1.00, 4by3 set to false and ALEXA mini container mode unset"
