ID 459906 - [Server crash] From Avid: If the same unsupported source video clip is present two or more times in the AAF, the Server crashes

Follow

Problem summary
Using the same unsupported source video clip twice in the Avid timeline will crash the Flix Server. Using two different unsupported video clips will not.

Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.5

Steps to reproduce

1) Create a one panel Sequence Revision in Flix and publish it to Avid.

2) In Avid, import the AAF just created as well as a video clip that's not supported by Flix. Examples that reproduce the issue are:

- MJPG .avi file

- H.264 .mp4 file

3) Add the video to the Flix sequence in Avid in one of these ways:

- twice but with different mark in and out points

- twice with the same mark in and out points

- the whole clip twice

- once, but then put an add-edit somewhere on it

Expected behaviour
AAF should import with the Flix panel reconforming and the two video clips being skipped and reported as 'Unsupported' in the Import Logs.

Actual behaviour
The Flix Server crashes.
On the Client, you will get a "Reconnecting to Flix" message, followed shortly after by a "Could not establish connection to Flix Server" message.
