Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and create a simple cube item.
2) Using Alt + LMB keys rotate the viewport.
3) Notice that the viewport mode text is incorrectly changed from default.

Expected behaviour
The viewport mode text should remain as default.

Actual behaviour
The viewport mode text is incorrectly changed.
