Problem summary
SDS Subdivide generates extreme weight values and doesn't preserve the original deformation.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the SampleFile.lxo
2) Run the SDS Subdivide command.
Expected behaviour
Subdivide the mesh with the SDS mesh's weight values.
Actual behaviour
Vertex with extreme weight values like noise is generated.
Workaround
Unknown.
