ID 464831 - Maximising viewport can resize docked palettes

Problem summary
After maximising the viewport, docked palettes are sometime resized.

The resizing can occur vertically and horizontally

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Example Head

2) Change to the default layout (View > Default Layout)

3) Mouse over the canvas and press spacebar twice (HOME key instead of space for versions < Mari 4.0v1)

Expected behaviour
The palettes are the same sizes as before maximising the canvas

Actual behaviour
The palettes have changed size

Workaround
Unknown.
