ID 465935 - Licensing: Each logged in user takes up as many license seats as there are servers running

Problem summary

Each logged in user takes 1 license seat per available Flix server.

Steps to reproduce

1) Have at least two Flix servers running, and keep an eye on both of their outputs while following the next steps.

2) Make sure noone else is logged in, then log in via the Client. The connection count on the servers will show as 0 the moment you log in (because no one else was logged in during your login).

3) Ask someone else to log in while you're still logged in. The connection count will show as 2 the moment they login (your user taking up 2 seats). 

4) Make sure both you and the user that logged in the previous step are still logged in, and ask one other user to log in. The connection count will show as 4 during their login (instead of 2).

Expected behaviour
Each logged in user should take up one license seat.

Actual behaviour
Each logged in user takes up as many license seats as there are servers running.
