In some scenarios, the FBX exporter/importer does not output/input the pasted mesh deformation.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open the attached FBXExportBug.lxo scene file.
2) Copy selected faces from the Sphere item and paste them into the Cylinder item. 
3) Export the file as an FBX using File > Export as... and save it in the FBX 2018 format.
4) Open the saved FBX file and scrub through the timeline.

* - If this doesn't work retry the steps again, this may take a few tries to reproduce.

Expected behaviour
The pasted deformations should be present in the saved FBX file.

Actual behaviour
The past deformations aren't present in the saved FBX file.

Unknown.
