If another channel is connected to the Opacity channel of the Matrix Channel effect, the Properties tab will always display 100% and not the connected value.

Steps to reproduce

1) Download and open the attached scene file.
2) Go to the Schematic Viewport and select the Matrix Channel Effect. Notice that the Opacity value isn't being affected. 

Expected behaviour

The Opacity channel should be affected.

Actual behaviour
The Opacity channel isn't affected.

Workaround
Unknown.
