Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and create a simple Cube.
2) Select the Add Loop tool and enable Snapping.
3) Set snapping to Grid and add the edge loop, notice that grid-snapping doesn't work.

Expected behaviour

The loop should be snapping to the grids position.

Actual behaviour
The loop isn't snapping.

Workaround
Unknown.
