ID 466689 - To Avid: AAFs that Flix generates should include sequence timecode so they can be imported in multiple editing softwares

AAFs generated by Flix do not include sequence timecode

Steps to reproduce

1) Publish a Flix sequence revision to Avid.

2) Attempt to import the resulting AAF to Hiero. You will get an error:

Expected behaviour
AAF should be read successfully.

Actual behaviour
AAF cannot be read as it does not include timecode for the sequence.
