Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Open the preset browser.
3) Create or navigate to a preset.
4) Right-Click the preset and select "Attach Script..."
5) Attach the provided python script.
6) Double click or drag the preset into the scene.
Result: "beforeCreate" and either "onDo" or "onDrop" events will trigger and print to the console (viewable in the "Scripting layout). "onCreate" events will not.

Expected behaviour
"onCreate" should trigger after the preset is created.

Actual behaviour
"onCreate" does not trigger after the preset is created.

Workaround
Unknown.
