Steps to reproduce

1) Download and open the attached scene file.
2) In the 'Default' viewport set the perspective to 'Top'
3) Notice that the projection is being shown incorrectly.

Expected behaviour

The projection isn't shown correctly.

Actual behaviour

The projection should be shown correctly.
