Problem summary
Anamorphic footage within Nuke is not being output correctly to an external monitor, displaying it distorted at a square 1:1 pixel aspect ratio and not the expected anamorphic 2:1 pixel aspect ratio.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a new Nuke session, setting the project to '2K_Cinemascope' (2:1)
2) Create a Checkerboard node
3) Within the Viewer settings, select your capture card as monitor output device
Result: The external monitor will show a 1:1 pixel aspect, distorting the output image.
Expected behaviour
The monitor out should show the 2:1 pixel aspect ratio that the Viewer is showing
Actual behaviour
The monitor out shows the squeezed 1:1 pixel aspect ratio
